BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT

Straight answers.

Am I buying a subscription?+

No. The Household Plan is a single $19 payment for one private workspace with a maximum of four saved profiles. It does not renew, and we do not put an artificial expiry on your profiles. Sign in with the same account to return to your workspace.

Does paying make the recommendations better?+

No. The research, every citation, every matching slider, and the full discovered catalogue are available in Free Match. Payment adds organization, a shared basket, saved household profiles, and exports-not privileged phone rankings.

What happens after payment?+

Secure checkout is handled by Meta Engine. We wait for a confirmed payment record before unlocking features; a success URL alone is not proof of payment. If confirmation takes longer, use Retry confirmation rather than paying twice. A cancelled checkout leaves your free match unchanged.

Is my family information public?+

Named profiles and selections are private to your authenticated account. Public sharing is opt-in and removes profile names and account identifiers. The PDF requires your explicit approval for an anonymous result page linked by its QR code. Anyone with that link can see those nonpersonal priorities and dated results.

Are cheaper swaps guaranteed to be the best basket?+

No. They are individual substitutions, ordered by verified dollars saved per lower-bound fit point sacrificed; cheaper options with unchanged or better lower-bound fit appear first. Nothing is applied automatically. This is not a guarantee of the globally optimal combination or a promise of savings.

Can I rely on a PDF price later?+

An export is a dated shopping record, not a current offer. Only fresh, verified, same-currency offers qualify for the household subtotal. Unknown or expired selections make the total incomplete. Always revisit the exact product page and check tax, shipping, stock, and carrier compatibility before purchase.

What if a source is missing or a new phone is not listed?+

Coverage is explicitly incomplete. A newly announced device can appear with tests pending. Failed research preserves the prior snapshot and its original dates. You can inspect coverage and use the rate-limited missing-model lookup for a primary-source check. We never fabricate an offer or score to fill a gap.
